  • Intrigued by the peculiarity of this museum, I made a jump on a Sunday afternoon. And I did well. The visit was very interesting and pleasant and lasts an hour. Tours are guided only and leave every hour, so go just before the exact time to avoid having to wait for the next shift. The visit starts from the inner garden with the illustration of some art installations and various herbs present in the flower beds. Then we move on to the first floor of the building where, in addition to the illustration of the history of the palace, we make a path between art installations related to perfumes, rooms where you can smell various essences and installations related to the history of perfumes. The route is very interesting even just to admire the rooms of the palace that has ceilings, wallpapers and frescoes of considerable value. The visit ends on the ground floor where a "safe" of essences and a laboratory for the creation of perfumes have been created, linked to courses and activities to which we can enroll. I highly recommend the visit to all

  • A museum that is not a museum, totally atypical. To discover the history of aromas, to learn that the inventor of Cologne's water was From Piedmont, to enter a shining bell and be intoxicated by familiar scents and/or (apparently) strangers!
