Avventura spiacevole: fin dall'inizio il personale si è dimostrato scortese ed abbiamo dovuto attendere molto prima di essere serviti perché il personale del bar era troppo impegnato a chiacchiere nel locale dietro. Quando finalmente ci hanno degnato di attenzione ci è stato dato un pony troppo affamato, non si riusciva a staccarlo dal prato lungo la pineta con conseguente spavento del bambino. Lo abbiamo fatto notare prima della scadenza del tempo ma niente ci hanno detto che andava bene così.Alla riconsegna lo abbiamo ancora sottolineato, che non siamo riusciti a camminare e che il bambino si è spaventato perché il pony tirava molto verso l'erba, ma ancora una volta è emersa indifferenza e scortesia.

Unpleasant adventure: From the beginning the staff were rude and we had to wait a long time before being served because the bar staff were too busy chatting in the bar behind. When we were finally given an over-hungry pony, we couldn't get it off the lawn along the pine forest resulting in the baby's fright. We pointed it out before the time expired but nothing we were told was fine. At the return we still pointed out, that we could not walk and that the child got scared because the pony was pulling a lot towards the grass, but once again indifference and rudeness emerged.
