  • Sometimes it happens that there is competition between the saints. Therefore, the former church dedicated to St. Faustino was later converted to The Church of St. Charles. Perestroika was arranged by the brothers of St. Agatha, for which the church received the double name of San Carlo and San Agatha. Many of the paintings and the altar are made of wood painted with the decorations of the new temple. Unfortunately, the new shepherds did not go to the building for future use: very soon, the church left the hands of the faithful, and at one point it was used as a warehouse. The shrines were desecrated, and the magnificent images were largely lost. Just a few years later, Catholics again took over the building, and now it is used to organize exhibitions of religious art.
