  • We took advantage of the guided tour to discover this jewel immersed in the nature of the Bergamo hills, being welcomed by the children of the same current owners who did not limit themselves to erudite and engaging explanations, but they made us know the stories (legendary, curious, romantic) of the nobility that passed through the ancient walls of this dwelling. We found ourselves immersed in Napoleonic periods, in moments of romantic and neoclassical spirit, with a strong reference to land, agriculture and the processing of silkworms (which made Lombardy's fortune in past centuries). Wonderful also the vast garden, in composite styles but made very well homogeneous by the wise work of the architects who have succeeded in the times. The photo I attach is that of an ancient cedar from the Himalayas. Don't miss it!

  • I took advantage of the opening to the public of what is a private residence, regularly inhabited by the owners. Interesting both the Interior and the large garden.

  • Beautiful Villa of 600 later expanded with an innovative project. Entering you will be catapulted into a fairy-tale world past but still retaining all its charm. Stunning frescoed and stuccoed rooms, in some beautiful and colorful wallpaper. In the bedroom, on the ceiling, a fresco that leaves you breathless. It is represented a shale, but one wonders if it was true or painted. In one room, on the walls, are hung portraits of the works of Cereda and the private chapel, a real jewel. I do not dwell on the details and its history because it is a Villa to discover and admire, as well as the remarkable garden with centuries-old trees. The owners Alessio Agliardi and Maria Agliardi, truly exquisite and nice people, will accompany you on an interesting guided tour full of history and anecdotes. I highly recommend, but keep in mind that the Villa is not always open. Visits are planned only in conjunction with particular events in the territory. Inquire on the site for dates.
