  • Palazzo Baldeschi-Balleani The palazzo, owned by the Baldeschi-Balleani family, was built by the 1720 on a design by the Roman architect Francesco Ferruzzi. The elegant façade, with rounded corners, is characterised by a baroque balcony with wrought iron railing, supported by four powerful telamons, created by the Ravenna Giovanni Toschini, who also wrote the statue with Virgin and child placed In the niche in the center of the façade. The noble floor and the upper floors host rooms with precious paintings and gilded stuccoes, executed by different artists. The name of the family derives from the original one of the Baligani settled in Jesi towards the middle of the century. XII, who had a prominent political role during the continuous wars between Guelphs and Ghibellines for the possession of the city. Tano Baligani di Filippuccio was Lord of Jesi from 1320 to 1328, when he was decapitated right in front of the current palace.
