Wander through gardens steeped in history at Giardino di Ninfa, where you can see the remains of Ninfa, a city thought to be founded in the first century of the Roman republic. The town was inhabited until the 16th century and today is the site for a 105 hectare (259.4 acre) English-style garden. Amble past streams, ponds, flowers, and trees to see what remains of the city. Bird-lovers may notice that the garden is home to 152 species of bird. Ask about guided tours offered in various languages. A beautiful place. You only enter with a group guided tour, which must be booked. The tour takes about an hour and a half to this garden set in the middle of the ruins of a medieval village, which offers amazing corners. Don't miss it. I recommend to match the visit to Norba or Sermoneta.View original -
Un giardino ben curato, la guida ci ha fatto vivere 1 ora e mezza in modo piacevole senza annoiarci mai tra storia e natura. Senz'altro da tornare perché ogni stagione da delle emozioni diverse. more »

A beautiful place but very difficult to get to without a car. If you're going, get a bus to Norma but check if it stops near the gardens. To get back, take the same bus which goes to Norma but them returns to Latina (they are vey infrequent) Or get the bus to Norma after the gardens and stay the night (don't stay before as the bus does a loop and doesn't pass the gardens on the way back from Norma) Norma is well worth a visit.
