One of Europe's most popular amusement parks, Gardaland Park features more than 30 rides and six rollercoasters. On the eastern shore of Lake Garda, the park is divided into themed sections with activities for both kids and adults. The rides range from fast and furious to slower boat rides and old-fashioned carousels. You'll find a range of restaurants, kiosks, and fast-food outlets. Almost every year it offers some new things and certainly for lovers of the sector this is important. We were in the first w.e. of September and we thought we would find few people given the end of the holidays just passed, of course we were wrong, in my opinion at gardaland there is no off season. The turnout was very high and this proliferated the sale of skipped passes, so they queued at the jump queue!!! The closing of the park at 11 pm helps a lot to take advantage of some extra attractions. Obviously each "sector" has its own patrons based on age. Staff always helpful and friendly.

I passed on this passion to my son too. So much so that, now that he's not very small, we leave Dad at home and enjoy the day the two of us. That the prices are high you know but the park deserves. This year, however, for the first time, I entered as disabled. here the stage falls. After being, in the space of two months, in Leolandia and Mirabilandia, and having seen the great attention given to the disabled customer, I would never have expected a similar treatment from the largest amusement park in Italy. When I arrived, I find that, unlike the other parks where I entered completely for free, Gardaland only gave me a very small discount. Patience does nothing. I ask the saleswoman if there were any ways to avoid the queue (as in Leolandia) and she, rather abruptly, tells me that it is only for those who do invasive care and may have difficulty staying half an hour in a row. And I say, "Sorry, but I just gave you a sheet that attests to a 100% disability with oncology therapy... Worse than that? It's not like I care for Bach flowers. Okay, you give me the pass for me and my escort for the kids doesn't. Arriving at the various attractions the queues were about 40 minutes and there was no way to let the kids pass with us. The various carousel workers were astonished or that the children had not been given the wristbands. On their advice we return to the aforementioned saleswoman who, for quiet life, even if she does not call us her superior, as we had told her, from another bracelet to the little girl of my escort, leaving out my son. He suggests buying an express (40 euros) so you don't have to leave your child out of the rides. Something unheard of. Eventually, at the suggestion of another employee, we go to complain about an informational point where they apologize, saying it never happened. Too bad it was night and we were leaving. The day was ruined. Such a thing, in a park at Gardaland levels, I never expected
