Azrieli Observatory, Tel Aviv

#154 of 534 in Things to do in Tel Aviv
Look across all of Tel Aviv from the top of a skyscraper at Azrieli Observatory. One of three towers making up the Azrieli Center, the high-rise was completed in 1999 and reaches 187 m (614 ft). Travel up to the 49th floor in the elevator to the indoor observation deck for views of the sprawling city skyline. A kosher restaurant pairs fine dining with the vistas, while a short 3D film provides a condensed history of Tel Aviv. Audio guides and pamphlets point out major landmarks dotted across the view. • The location boasts a beautiful view of Tel Aviv. The entrance is 22 Shekalim at the time we went. It is a little tricky to find the entrance, must be done by the mall, going to the 3rd floor and seeking the round tower. The view from the sunset is worth the entrance, the 49th floor of the building.

  • Were in May! Keep in mind that during the holidays, and there are a lot of them in Israel in early May, neither the bar nor the observation deck works! It is better to go to the bar from the third level of the tower climb on the elevator at 49 (click 4 and then 9, there are only ten digits to call)), to the bar to the left, to the lookout-to-right, the entrance 22 shekels Togo is not worth, better buy water in the bar!

  • It used to be good, last time we came which was January 2019, three quarters of the observation deck were closed. We were facing the east and could barely see anything on the western side. There was a party there the night before so the area was not clean and there were tables all around and silverware on the floor. The girl at the front desk didn’t bother to tell us any of this when we paid 22 shekels per adult and 17 shekels per child for a total of 122 shekels. Disappointing. Keep your money until they work a little harder.
  • Great 360 view of Tel Aviv area. Recommended during good clear weather day or night. There's a place to eat there as well. Take elevator or steps for the brave and fit. Bus stops and train station within walking distance-less than 250 meters
