Two pristine museums located under one site, Ralli museum, Caesarea houses a diverse range of Latin American art and Spanish Jewish cultural history. The first museum sits within a lush 40 hectare (98.8 acre) garden pavilion scattered with sculptures. Five exhibition halls built in Spanish colonial style contain hundreds of works, including a vast collection of pieces by the eccentric Salvador Dali. Cross the pavilion to the second museum, constructed in the Moorish architectural style, to see its permanent collection of European art from the 16th to 18th centuries, spread across four floors. Out in the courtyard, marble sculptures represent prominent Jewish figures around a solemn fountain. Before you visit Caesarea, use our trip planner to discover what you can do and see there.
