  • Although not among the most mentioned Irish beaches in the tour guides, in my opinion this is one of the most beautiful, certainly much more beautiful than the famous Coral Bay. The reason is that this beach is really out of this world, you get there after a little way about 7 km into thin air and then the view is immediately breathtaking. Among the emerald green of the coast you can see this golden sand tongue with an incredible sea. A charm that is difficult to describe. Don't miss it at all. Watch the lane, the last piece is in steep incline and needs an experienced driver.

  • The final two turns in the road down are hair-raising, as is getting up again ! So very worth it. You could be anywhere it is so private and quiet.
  • Lovely sandy beech with plenty of rocks to climb and explore. Well worth a visit.
