Our exhibition programme includes shows by major contemporary international artists as well as by emerging Irish artists, and we occasionally hold exhibitions of ethnographic and craft artifacts.

The Douglas Hyde Gallery publishes books and catalogues that are known and distributed all over the world, and from time to time we host musical events.

  • This avant-garde art gallery is located at Trinity College and is dedicated to visual arts through temporary exhibitions. There they have the opportunity new talents to exhibit their works and also develop different musical events.

  • Great gallery just off the top of O Connell St. Mostly modern stuff with changing exhibitions but also contain Francis Bacon's studio and work. Excellent bistro in the basement.  more »

  • A medium size exhibition space on Trinity College campus, rotating exhibition so experience can vary. I found there to be minimal explanation / information on the current exhibition, which made it slightly more difficult to appreciate the arts on exhibit in context, it would have been nice to see some notes on curator's note. Well lit space, there were only 2-3 other visitors when I was there.
