  • Myself and my wife go to the movies here at least once a month, there’s always great deals online and with restaurants in the square. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. We’ve gotten to kn...  more »
  • Cinema was amazing when it originally opened, unfortunately it hasn’t been looked after at all and doesn’t ever look like it’s been cleaned at all. Would rather go to dundrum or Liffey valley despite ...  more »

  • Used to be the floors were always a bit sticky here from all the young children spilling fizzy drinks all over the floor. And the poor teenage staff are always walking about with the mop and a bucket and a wet floor sign, and woe betide if they forgot the wet floor sign and someone slipped and there would be almighty accusations of whiplash and recriminations from here to the end of time. And it has some part of the atmosphere still about it. However it is my local cinema and as such I have many fond memories of going here. Cinema tickets aren't as affordable as they used to be. I remember the long long gone days when you could go to the cinema for a fiver. The seats aren't bad but of course it's an older cinema so you have to remember to bring your own drink and fresh popcorn in your bag as you go, because you'd be mad to be paying the prices they're asking for the bit of food and drink at the concession stand. The seats are comfortable enough but maybe not as new or comfortable as the ones up in Liffey Valley. Book online because it's cheaper to go here between Sunday and Thursday and you can usually get some discount codes from the likes of the three app. You're very lucky to get anything close to fresh popcorn in this place so it's best to ask "when it was put in?", how old it is, "has it got a pension?" and of "course is it fresh?". Hope you all enjoy the film
  • Is not the most elegant cinema ever but is not the worst. My experience here started 6 years ago and is not much changed since. People still bring snacks in the bags and big bottles of coke. But they are not to blame cuz the popcorn is as everywhere else very expensive. Is just corn is not that expensive to buy corn for popping
