Bali Butterfly Park, Tabanan

Walk through the enclosed flower gardens of Bali Butterfly Park, a butterfly and insect conservation facility, as the multicolored creatures flit around you. See the incubators where larvae and pupae hatch from eggs, and new butterflies break out of their transformative cocoons. Pose for a photograph with butterflies as big as your hand clinging to your shirt, or hold some of the other insects kept at the park, such as giant stag beetles and stick insects. The park is home to a great number of butterfly varieties, including all of the species indigenous to Indonesia and many exotic species.
