It's a good commercial spot, but many of shops are closed. Now it's only famous for cinemax theatre. you can enjoy the movies here with low prices. It's very easy to reach here. As lots of best buses runs from here. Auto Stand facilities are also available in front of mall.

Mostly used by people to watch movies as all the other stores are either shut or moved to different places. I remember there only one shoe shop operating at ground floor and that too dont have much variety. Parking charges are also high compared to the facilities they provide.
