Duchess Falls, Pachmarhi

The Duchess fall, is a superb fall, with all the natural beauty around. Duchess waterfall is the most beautiful of all Pachmarhi falls, It could be reached by trekking almost 4 km of steep climb from the main road. The climb is quite arduous and hectic as such is not advisable that the place to be visited by the elderly people as well as people having low stamina. This fall plunges down in three different cascades, accompanied by deafening sounds. No doubt, the alluring sight and sound of the place makes it a hot spot amongst nature lovers. The surroundings to the fall is full of natural beauty with dense greenery all around. One will need core zone permit and guide from Bison Lodge to visit the place. It is a unique & marvellous place for nature trekkers, which is not generally visited by locals due to the arduous journey.
