  • The Qutub Minar complex was very unique. It included the tall tower, but also the iron pillar. The carvings on the buildings was very beautiful as they merged styles. Unfortunately, one can't go up in...  more »
  • A lot has been written, leaving nothing to write really. A place one definitely has to visit if he is in Delhi - lovely architecture. Observed a new aspect - if one pays for the entry fee using his cr...  more »
  • It's a nice spot to visit..has a great historical significance. It's a wonderful to know how such a tall structure was built so many years back. Also the logic behind the design is always wonderful..  more »

  • colossal tower Nice place It was constructed as a tower of victory marking the beginning of Muslim dominion in India. Another notable attraction inside the complex is Iron Pillar, a rust-resistant iron column. It is commonly believed that if one can embrace the pillar with both hands while standing with one's back facing the pillar then his/her wish gets fulfilled.

It's a great architectural and historical monument.... I love the architecture and the material used in the construction... you can also enjoy restaurant foods.. they are too good here... this place is purely a beauty of Indian history representing our culture. • Very nice place for visiting. Awesome sunshine, lots of restaurants to dine and wine, enjoying the breathtaking view of the beautiful river, with clear waters which shimmer. A place to go for family picnic, and to enjoy the fragrant Summer breeze. For all of those who are young and bright, take your cameras, balloons and kites, and fly them away in memory of the glory. Taking pictures through the passages of time, with your beautiful smile, and getting lost in the pages of history for a while.
