  • It was rebuilt in the 14th century. Aglarsen is the king's name. The depth is 60m in the bottom of the well. There are hundreds of bats, so people who are not good at it don't look up. The stairs are quite steep, so please be careful with sandals.

  • It's a very beautiful picture - a place that shines in Insta. Very long stairs and stone walls are layering towards the basement. But there's nothing in particular, either on or down. There are other similar wells nearby, so it's best to look at one, but it's the easiest to visit from the heart of New Delhi. The stairs are slippery when you get wet, and some of the stones are rattled, so be careful not to let them down.

  • Interesting historical value... Sadly now hosts a society of pigeons and youngsters. But worth a visit for sure and is excellent for historical photography. The govt could do well to renovate this excellent architecture and possibly even revive it's use for rainwater harvesting for the city
  • There is nothing much to see here but the architecture is breathtaking. There are a lot of stairs. The entry is free for all. There are a few food stalls available outside the place so you can have some snacks too. Also, the nearest metro station is Mandi House. And from there you may hire an auto for ₹20/- per person. Hope you have a good experience hanging out near the oldest baoli. :)
