  • This place in munnar can be interesting for the tea lovers. It has live demos of the process making tea powder, the machines used and also a short documentary on the history of the tea factory there which was originally set up by the Britishers. You can also taste different varieties of tea and purchase what you like. You can get many varieties of tea powder at very reasonable prices. A well informed person will tell you you should prepare tea that can actually be healthy. A must visit for Tea lovers.
  • It's a beautiful place. They have different plantation for tea. They also have a small inbuilt factory where they have placed a machine in which tea is converted from leave to tea powder. Also they take session explaining different methods of tea offering. Also you can see a shop there to buy their products. They also offer tasting tea. Place in itself is good.
  • It was good experience. Staff was nice and we came to know how tea production works. We tried ripple tea taste was good. We bought around 8 types of different tea. As there was offer to buy 3 get 1 free. So 2 out of 8 tea products were free. It is worth to buy there to give it a try for once. Thanks
  • First ever seen a tea museum. They show a video of around 25 minutes in the beginning of your and this is really great informative video. Once you finish , you can go for a tour to this factory where machinery has been set up in such a simple way that you can understand process easily. Kids as well adults will enjoy seeing this process. Staffs are cordial and cooperative to visitors. Post visit the last lag is shopping where you get so many varieties of Ripple Tea. Overall a must to visit place.
  • This is a museum attached to a factory. It has the history of munnar tea production in pictorial representation as well as in a documentary form. The documentary is 20-25 minutes long and is played back to back. After viewing the documentary, one can go ahead to see the tea manufacturing production; there are workers who explain the process also, but fortunately won't cover all the people standing around, so make sure you stand nearby them if you want to listen to what they say. There are stalls there that sell various kinds of tea powders.
