  • Shri Maha mritunjay mahadev Temple is largest and most ancient temple in almora Morning 5:30 first arti take place so you have to reach one day before. You may take room from around the hotel it's good, in off season you may get room around 800 however same time in season it's rate goes double. It's old story that when pandava were going to swarg they found this Temple. It's has approx 128 small and big temple. There is one tree called shiv and Parvati which root is one and separate in two I have attached this pic also. Photography is prohibited in the temple however I have managed it and attached for your reference.
