A quite place to have a family Picnic and a heaven for Botanical enthusiasts. This place is one of the oldest Botanical gardens in the world and hosts some of the most majestic plants including the Great Banyan Tree which has a diameter of 500 meters. You can also go on a walk in the garden and enjoy the time to watch the species of plans here and click some pictures with the picturesque greenery. I would recommend this place for a person for a walk, and definitely after some crazy activity like hard core partying or after a very busy week. Definitely a good place to bust out the everyday stress and relax. Enjoy your time in the city.
Nice place. Very big and many roads. Good place to visit with your loved ones and spend time there. At the center there is the big banyan tree. And plastic is not allowed inside the area. But you can take with you food items. Toilets are present inside and the entry fees is also very low. Very big place and many types of trees and plants present. Also at the banks of the Ganges you can have some beautiful time. Photography is permitted but extra charges are there for camera. There are multiple places to sit inside and the rich diversity of fauna makes the place worth remembering. Many plants are several years old and many of their names are not known to us also. The very good place of peace and satisfaction.
