    One of the best places to attend a retreat. Great teachers, good ambience. Food is a bit too carbohydrate rich for breakfast and dinner. Lunches are quite good. Especially if you are diabetic, it is good to avoid eating too much white bread and may be carry some protein supplement. It is possible to manage, but good to be aware.

    A very calm n relaxing place situated in the foothills of Dhauladars. One can feel himself out of all sorts of rush n bush & enjoy the silence n medications to its best level. Best centre to study Buddhism n meditation in Dharamkot.
