Arhanta Yoga Ashram, Chhatarpur

It was a very exciting time in the beautiful countryside of India. The morning walks are a good combination with the meditation. I enjoyed the silence of the meditations and went deeper and deeper into my mind. Also the silence during the meals. The group members were so kind and friendly to each other and became a healthy climate. I liked the teachers: they have got fire and calmness and everything you need to take care of a group of 28 people. Thank you for that, very good job! Svenja from Hamburg

The course is perfect to get the base of teaching yoga. Every class is progressive and helps you to improve step by step. A lot of information is given, but it is not so difficult to remember, because it is not just theory, but also put into practice. The teachers are great, they are open-minded and help you whenever you need it. They really want you to progress, so they are supportive and reassuring. Overall it was a very good and interesting course with nice teachers.
