There may be more to lift then eating, but it is one of life's greatest pleasures. And when it comes to sweets, everyone is tempted to indulge. Be it a festival, a feast or a simple celebration, “MITHAIS” are indispensable!

With an Endeavour to cater to this segment of our regime, Lt.Sh.C.L.Bajaj, laid the foundation of Sindhi Sweets in the Sindhi province of Pakistan before partition. Post partition it continued its journey of culinary art in yamunanagar(Haryana). It came to chandigarh in the year 1976 and has completed more than 30 sweet year till date.

Come here to savour the dishes that can flatter your plates yet keep up the authentic flavours and aroma of age old Indian delicacies, dishes where purest of ingredients are used to give you a royal taste like none other, dishes so delightful in appearance and taste, you would like to have more n more!

We at Sindhi have always welcomed innovative ideas but to keep the taste intact has always been our priority. This has resulted in a relationship of trust and warmth and an all time world wide demand for some of our exotic sweets relished by people from all walks of life.

We have been progressing, innovating, leading and showing others the path to perfection.

ISO 9001:2000 certifications – a rarity in sweets industry, is just an affirmation of the highest standards of quality and hygiene that we maintain with our attention towards details in manufacturing, packaging and managing.

So come n look forward to wonderful Indian Mithais and share them with those you love and care about!

  • An old and popular sweet shop of Chandigarh. They maintain high standard of hygeine. A neat clean place. Some of the sweets I tasted and found them as average good. Nothing exceptionally good.
  • A lovely sweet shop and pure vegetarian restaurant. The service and ambience was impeccable a few years ago but due to increasing footfall, you'll notice a slight delay in service. Although, the staff is well behaved, they often look tired. Given the popularity, be ready to wait for 10-15 mins depending on the rush. The food is good and their taste and quality has remained the same over the years.
