Memorable little historic site of a strange time in Icelandic history. The tour guide was great and the sheep were adorable. We had fun hearing out the history and taking in the landscape. Good stop..... more »

Good guide telling stories about eg kings visiting the cave. A bit of a funny place. I liked it but the kids a bit bored. Nevertheless recommended to go there. more »

Interesting piece of Icelandic history mixed with a little bit of folk lore. The owners are nice and helpful. You can pay for a guided tour or take a look on your own. I recommend the tour though. Also there is coffee and cake. When was there they had a little lamb named runs who was very cuddly

Great short historical spot if you are near the area. The tour is worth it if you want some interesting backnhistory of Iceland. Total time from the main road is about 10min driving in on the gravel road and 30min tour. You can grab some coffee and baked snakes if you want also. Great tour guide with good info. Not a ton to see inside, but unique experience and worth a quick side trip if you are in the area.
