Cool dormant volcano caldera right next to the ring road. The parking is free, but the lot is small. From the car park, is a somewhat steep, 15 minute walk up a boardwalk to the top. Figure another 10 minutes to hike around the rim. And another 10 to 15 to get back to car. So this place is about a 45 minute visit depending on your fitness level and interest.
