    Jakovali Hassan Mosque and Museum is a unique place to visit. It was a mosque converted into a catholic church. Admission fee was HUF 1,900 for adults. It is very well maintained. An absolute must.....  more »

    This place was awesome! Only place in Pécs with a minaret. It is a museum, but still operates as a mosque on Fridays and during Ramadan. I was there alone, but as I was leaving a large tour group from Turkey came in. This place is from the 1600s, I believe and probably was built by the Turks in the first place.
