Designer Outlet Roermond, Roermond

Housed in former World War II-era Dutch army barracks, Designer Outlet Roermond houses 150 stores and represents classic everyday brands, from Adidas, Nike, and The North Face to even more upscale companies like Burberry, Gucci, and Swarovski. Despite the designer status of the goods, many of the shops offer their products at a reduced rate compared to regular retail. Access the outlet mall by car and take advantage of the on-site parking facilities, or hop aboard a shuttle bus departing from the German cities of Dusseldorf and Cologne just across the border. Designer Outlet Roermond is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our world travel planner, Roermond Edition.

  • It was an easy drive from Düsseldorf and it was a place where you could have enough day shopping. Not only Netherlands in the parking lot, but also many shoppers ' cars were parked Germany and Belgium. It was a weekday but very crowded. It is cheaper than the usual price because it is an outlet, but there are a lot of outlets which arrange the sale and the eyeball goods more than it, and it was not possible to find the thing which felt that it was a bargain even in the outlet at such time. I often buy shoes and sporting goods at outlets, but I felt that there were many old lines.

  • It was our fifth visit there. You will find a very wide range of shops (so around 190) and for most of them with very good prices, perhaps also 30-40% cheaper compared to the German shops (e.g. at Puma, Adidas, Gucci etc). However, if you don't visit the outlet center on weekends or holidays, it's extremely crowded. Parking is always available and a parking space costs €3 per day. See you!

  • Very well organized outlet shopping center, many shops from different brands, they have coffee shops , restaurants, children’s play area. The location is very accessible. You can use train , bus , or your own car. Parking lot is very organized and more than enough. Love this place I’m diffidently coming back.
  • Very big Outlet village, with a long list of brands. Mainly clothing and shoes going from sport brands over hiking apparel to high end fashion & designer stores. Next to that there are some other stores that sell bed linen, jewellery, cooking gear,... (you’ll have to check the website for a full list). It will get crowded on the week-ends, be smart and either go early or late (open until 9PM), luckily there is plenty of parking space.
