Plage de Bois Jolan, Sainte-Anne

4.2
#2 of 24 in Parks in Grande-Terre Island
Beach · Nature / Park
Rest and play at Plage de Bois Jolan, a secluded beach. The sand stretches out as far as the eye can see, backed by lush undergrowth. Take a dip in the still blue waters, kept calm by a bank of coral just off the coast. The peaceful shallows here offer a particularly good place to swim with small children. Coconut palms lining the beach provide ample shade, though watch out for coconuts ripe enough to fall before picking your spot. • This might be a perfect beach for families but if you want to swim or dunk in the water this ain't the place. Yards out water is barely knee deep. The beach itself is lovely but not for a dip.  more »
  • The plage offers lots of shade and is really beautiful. We enjoyed resting there and sit under a palmtree with some good reading! Recommend it!  more »

  • Perfect
  • A natural swimming pool, white sand and shadow under the palms. Good parking areas, cold drink and snaks sold on the beach. Perfect for relax and safe for kids. Not easy to swim because max deep 1mt.
