Potami Waterfalls, Karlovasi

Unique location, you will forget being in a Greek island. The footpath to the waterfalls is an easy 10 minutes walk from the road. Don't forget to take swimsuit, towel and beach shoes if you want to explore the waterfalls. Otherwise you will not be able to see the waterfalls! Beware of the hidden rocks, the water is clean but not crystal clear because because the waterfalls stir the mud. Also leave your valuables somewhere as you will have to swim. Best solution if you want to take photos is to use a waterproof case/bag with a lanyard for your smartphone. Anyone can reach the first level/waterfall but the next one is not recommended for everyone as you will need to have good physical condition if you want to climb up to the next levels/waterfalls. Please keep the place clean and take your garbage with you!

A wonderful and unic location with plenty of natural beauty. You can walk in the lush green forest and swim in the small lakes that lead to the waterfalls. If you are not well skilled climbing up chose the small paths around the water!
