    A very old church where the pillars are coming from other older churches and that why they are not all the same. One of them which is decorated with ram heads and eagles is one of the four remained....  more »

    The old cathedral of Edessa was very near our hotel and is well worth visiting. There are some very old wall paintings and there is a good explanatory board putside the church.  more »
