  • The 11th-century St. John's Church is dedicated to John the Baptist. It was until the Tower - a testimony of Rhenish late Romanesque - in the 2nd World War almost completely destroyed, how many other historic buildings in the town of Nassau. Preserved: one of the oldest bells in the region from the year 1480, the Gothic octagonal baptismal font, as well as numerous tombstones of the 15th and 17th century, among others by the family of the Baron vom Stein. The rebuilt Church has window of the Diez artist Rudolf Fuchs and the painter to the Heinz away village from the years 1950/1960.
