Very varied and comfortable route. Punctuality at times, convenient way to see much of the city. Audio guide working (not always in other hop-ons!). Recommended 2-hour tour. Average prices.View original -

The bus has side windows on the top deck which pretty much negates the open air feeling and photo opportunities, maybe it's a law there as the other competing bus had the same. The English tour, through headphones, has to be turned to maximum volume to hear over the live German tour being given. The recorded audio was waaay off for locations. It would often reference a building that just wasn't there, it was either 2 minutes early or late, I never did figure it out. The tour did take us to the locations we wanted to see and it is a cost/time efficient way to see the city but it could be improved.

The lady guide for the castles today was extremely nice and proficient inspite of the large group. She was the highlight of the whole tour. She deserves 10 stars. Shame i don't recall her name.
