Explore the lake’s lush surroundings, complete with a network of paths and trails along the perimeter. During your hike, you'll discover springs, forests, farmhouses, and other countryside buildings.     There are two lakes near Mittenwald with Ferchensee being the slightly further away of the two. You can walk there (uphill) in about 45 minutes or you can get the summer hiking bus from the train...  more »
