  • A unique aspect of this museum is its collection of everyday items we often take for granted, and the explanations of why designers gave them the shape they did. Featured are items from the Bauhaus.....  more »

  • Is a very interesting museum. It is worth visiting it. If you are in Hamburg, you should not miss the chance. There are a variety of great art inside this place!! I was amazed to be honest. I did not give it 5 stars, because some parts of the museum had a bit not super interesting stuff. In all cases it deppends :) if you have children then the whole family will find something cool inside for sure :)
  • Extremely interesting museum with so much to see that it would take several days to take it all in. The combination of arts and trade offers several ways of exploring the rich history of German and European art. Excellent presentation with lots of visual and auditive information as so often in a German museum. The collection of historical keyboard instruments (including harpsichords and pianofortes) is extensive and world-famous.
