Today the gardens are supervised by a prestigious French national school, École Nationale Supérieure du Paysage, which trains skilled gardeners and landscape architects. View the wide variety of vegetables and over 400 species of fruit trees grown here, which supply the French public with over 30 tons (60,000 lbs) of vegetables and 50 tons (100,000 lbs) of fruit each year.
