    Visit this Saturday of the domain patrice colin with our club oenophile. We will remember a very rich visit by the exchanges with the winemaker either technically or in sharing the passion of his profession. The organization of the visit is exemplary, the explanations clear and really make it possible to understand the work of the winemaker. The wine tasting is extended with a beautiful palette of aromas on frank wines of very good quality which suggests that it is a pity that this appellation is too little known. Thank you again for your welcome and this exciting sharing.

    This is the reference of the AOC area, worked in bio and giving a lovely to indigenous grape varieties, chenin and pineau of Aunis managed masterfully by Patrice, his wife and their son. Taste everything! The old vines are superb, Bodin gray regularly acclaimed as one of the best roses from France, grey pearls of retoquent champagnes and all at prices that make it one of the prices the best in the region. They also make balsamic vinegar, to taste if it remains.

    A soft spot for whites (old vines and Slope of the Coutilss (half-dry delicious as an aperitif) and rosés (grey Bodin to fall), but everything is excellent.
