Musée des Beaux-Arts de Strasbourg Reviews
more »From the tools and statues of the past, there were many things that we really needed to see, such as the evolution of tools, statues, decorations, room decorations, and dishes that were unthinkable from the Japanese way of thinking.
Visit not too long. Free on the first Sunday of the month. This is one of my favorite museums in the city.
An impressive collection of art from the Renaissance to the late 19th century. Well displayed, well lit and spacious. Ask for a free audio guide at the entrance. It's not very clear where the entrance is - essentially this is the first floor of the building. If you are short of time, this is more interesting than the Museum of Decorative Art on the ground floor.
A most wonderful collection of art housed on a magnificent historical building. Treasures of Alsatian and French history.
