Musee Paccard, Sevrier

As one of the oldest bell manufacturers in the world, Musee Paccard rings true for visitors. Here they cast the bell of the Sacred Heart called "Savoyard," which Savoy residents claim as a symbol of the region. Casting bells is dirty work, and the building speaks to this, however the history of the bell makes for a surprisingly pleasant side trip.
