However, Saint Malo has very dangerous tides. Do not try to walk out - or back - when the sea is coming in - there are usually locals on hand to warn you. Please take heed. more »

Lovely beach combined with old town. Parking difficult on prime days in summer but cost reasonable. Free public toilets by tourist information but might have to queue
