The Wine Buff, Saint-Emilion

Great wine, great food, great service. We drank wines from top tier chateaus, and paired it with world-ranked cheese and meat. To impress further, they accommodated our silly idea to bring two infants. They even brought out a blanket and toys for my one year old.

Thanks to Paddy & Pillar for excellent tastings. Having been a WineBuff customer for many years, I was sure that on my trip to St.Emillion that I would want to try new and different wines but I found that wherever else I tasted, I would inevitably compare it with Ch.Fauconnerie or Ch.Petit Frombauge from here and realise that I could not match the quality of the WineBuff wines. Especially given that what I was tasting with Paddy was often half the price of what I was tasting elsewhere. Not sure how you do it Paddy :-) In the end, having travelled to St.Emillion and visiting vineyards, we ended up getting our wine from the WineBuff as the quality/price could not be matched. Thanks again for the great experience
