Det blev fantastisk og s... more »It was an amazing nice experience to get at the local market in Nice along with our "Chef". Back again after a good hour of time. We were going to start with a 3-fix menu. It was amazing and what flavours we got out in the individual dishes. It is highly recommended to sign up for this course with visits to first.

Brilliant saturday fun for child and parent. 1h course for 40e (child+parent), children enjoyed making cookies a lot. Owner speaks also english, so helps keep going even if you dont speak french. Very friendly.
Superbe! J'ai passe deux apres midis avec Le Chef Aude et chacun etait excellent et les recettes pour 'chevre chaud au miel et pain d'epices, croquant de poisson, cappuciono de carottes,,moelleux au chocolat, sont maintenant les 'go to' pour ma famile et mes amis. In English, I spent one afternoon with a family of three and myself and another as the sole student.On both ocassions I was thrilled that not only did Aude do her very best to teach me the recipes that she had planned, but she also upskilled me in my knowledge of cutting / dicing techniques, my understanding of the timings of the ingredients, and even when to add salt. A must visit for anyone with an interest in cooking, a brilliant value way to spend an afternoon in the company of a really skilled chef and cooking guide. (GL Dublin Ireland)
