Montgenevre Ski Resort--which connects to the 2006 Winter Olympic site of Via Lattea--covers 65 km (40.4 miles). The highest point of this 1907 ski resort is 2,577 m (8,455 ft). In the winter, try alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, sledding, and snowboarding. In the summers, go mountain biking, rafting, fishing, climbing, and golfing. This is a relatively small resort but it has some great runs and pistes. There are plenty of cruisy blues should you be finding your feet and some excellent red runs. If you are a skier who enjoys... more »

Spent a week here during half-term. Bit busy on Sunday but fairly quiet during week, compared to other resorts we have been to during French/UK half term. Lots of skiing on well kept runs, but lifts..... more »
