Ruin · Tourist Spot
Site des Megalithes de Locmariaque is a complex of Neolithic constructions comprising the elaborate Er-Grah tumulus passage grave. The dolmen is known as the "Table des Marchand" (Merchant's Table). "The Broken Menhir of Er Grah," erected around 4,700 BCE, is the largest known single block of stone to have ever been transported and erected by Neolithic man . Archaeological findings have proven that the 21 m (68 ft), 280-ton boulder once stood erect, but is now toppled over and broken into four pieces.
