The idea of the tablet representing the castle's rooms at the time is a plus. The entrance, through a porch reconstructed in concrete may not please but restores the strength of the place in the absence of knowledge of what it once was. The audiovisual comments are very well made and interesting. A place to see A little extra for the person of the welcome who knows how to answer questions!

Amazing simply the most wonderful Castle we have been to!!! The interactive tablet's gave a real in sight to how it would have looked and had bonus features to go into more depth. Friendly staff with excellent English skills to help those with limited French skills like us. I won't say much more as to not spoil your experience. Definitely a must do a real Gem.
A great example of early period castle which was also a ducal seat. They are doing a wonderful job of restoration, leaving as much as possible of the original structure. Excellent information displays on William and his life there. The tablet tour VR displays were well done also. For those who want to visit a true castle, not a chateau, this is a good experience.
