Ancient history at its best, The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities boasts a collection notable for its standout pieces and, with a total of around 120,000 pieces, for its depth. First timers will want to see the Gold Mask of Tutankhamen, the young ruler's funerary mask, discovered in 1925 and perhaps the most iconic of the museum's artifacts. The ground floor displays a wealth of coins and papyrus fragments, while up on the first floor you'll find most of the findings from the Valley of the Kings. Even if you are not a history lover, you will be pleasantly surprised with the Egyptian Museum. Egypt hosts one of the oldest civilizations in the world, and it’s easy to see why the Egyptian museum has access to such a massive wealth of historical artifacts that span thousands of years. For me, the highlight of the museum was the King Tut exhibit, which features all sorts of treasures from his tomb, including his world-renowned gold mask.

Egypt is home to some of the most important cultural treasures that the ancient civilizations have to offer. Perhaps the most popular of which, are the pyramids of Giza, the last survivor of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. This ancient pyramid complex has baffled historians and travelers for centuries, and it still offers one of the best sights in the world, a true world wonder. How great civilizations were living in this land. I believe many of the artworks cannot be achieved by the modern technology. this museum has the most wonderful collection of historical pieces.
