  • Nothing but an exceptional experience with this family run Agency. This was really a one-stop-shop for me. I had read up on the island and managed to do as many self-tours as possible in my 5 days...  more »
  • The costumer service was good at the beginning. The problem was that, when you book a discover scuba you have to receive some instructions. I speak Spanish but my friends speak english, the guide...  more »
  • It's not exactly a diving operator, they just have the equipment and sell a diving tour which is done by another agency (Eden). Considering the equipment is rather old and the boat has minimal comfort tours are overpriced (160$ kicker rock or 250$ for EspaƱola!). You'll get the same price in other agencies because there's no competition, a big issue in Galapagos.
  • I do not recommend this place for many reasons. I booked a 360 snorkeling tour with them and it was not a great experience. I booked the very last spot on the boat and did not feel I was in a position to negotiate the hefty 140$ price.... I regret this as other people paid 125$ with other agency (go in the back street not the one closest to the pier). I was sold 3 snorkeling stops but in reality it was just 2. While complaining after the trip Gina from the agency argue that the beach stop is also a snorkeling stop.... our guide was honest enough and told us not to bother bringing our shorkeling gear on the beach as there was nothing to see. This was in no way a shorkeling spot.... The whole 360 trip is not really worth it, you basically spend most of your day on a rapid boat just going around the island, a waste of time. The two beaches we stop at are nice but not any nicer than the ones walking distance from the main town, with a lot less sea lion. Don't spend money to visit a beach not as nice than a free one. Our guide was ok but he was treating us like 5 years old.... the food was also ok but the worst out of 3 expeditions I did so far and this expeditions was the most costly one. I ask the agency between diving and this snorkeling trip and they recommended this trip :( I really should have gone diving (with another agency). The agency never offer an apology or to give me some money back after I told them this. Bottomline book somewhere else, dont do the 360 tour, Santa Cruz has better snorkeling spot for greater value at a lower price. (Do the la fe & pizon one)
