It's a nice museum with some nice surprises. I liked the computer part that is accessible and well done. I didn't like the lack of clarity in some other parts where we went from barber to braille to arrive at the phone without transition. I lack more comments in English/other language and more pearls not found in other technology museums to put a higher note.View original -

This was quite a nice museum, and it was larger than I expected. There were a wide variety of topics, so most everyone will find something they are interested in. For example, there are old cars, huge turbine machinery, Braille printing, instrument mechanics, and metallurgy, among others. A few exhibits had full English translations, but most did not, and for those, the only English was a floating info sheet with general information about the topic. This place would be really great for kids because it has little activities for them all over, plus a big experimentation/play area on the top story.

This is an interesting Technical Museum with many display topics including cars, motorbikes, photography, miscroscopy, computing, aeronautics, dentistry, engines, horology, iron making & jewellery making. There is an educational area for children on the top floor. My entrance fee was 70Kc...about £2.50. I spent 1_1/2hrs there. Some displays have English signage but I would comment that most do not. There is no cafe but there were drinks machines. The museum was not busy for a Saturday morning.
