Korcula Town Walls date back to the 13th century and have witnessed their share of history due to the strategic location of the town on the Adriatic Sea. Intricate carvings and plaques embellish the length of the walls, and a total of ten defensive towers still overlook the sea and provide a little taste of the area's medieval past.
