Trip Planner: Europe / Croatia / Dalmatia / Dubrovnik-Neretva County / Dubrovnik / Dubrovnik City Walls
Stand in front of Dubrovnik City Walls, and see why this city bears the title "Pearl of the Adriatic." A World Heritage Site since 1979, the city walls were constructed mainly during the 12th through the 17th centuries. The walls run uninterrupted for 1,940 m (6,365 ft), encircling the city, and you can access them via three different entrances. Walk over the ancient walls that were never breached by a hostile army during medieval times. Explore the complex system of bastions, casemates, towers, and detached forts. Put Dubrovnik City Walls and other Dubrovnik attractions into our Dubrovnik trip itinerary website , and watch your holiday take shape.

Haja folego para andar por toda a muralha. Paga-se para subir na muralha. You pay to climb the wall. There is a cable car service or you can go through the staircase, but even give the full lap requires time and folego because it is very large. I recommend doing only one stretch, as there is access to descend at various points.
El precio es quizás algo elevado pero realmente vale la pena. Sobretodo si te gusta la fotografía, requiere de un buen calzado y algo de condición física. more »The price is perhaps a little high but it's really worth it. Especially if you like photography, it requires good footwear and some physical condition.
Very clean and tidy hostel. A little out of the way, which is nice for actually getting a bit of shut eye. AC in the room, which was very nice at night. Didn't have a chance to stay for breakfast but it looked like a nice spread.
Pros: perfect location, amazing shower pressure, very quite and strict. Cons: staff, whilst helpful, are incredibly rude with little flexibility. Examples: had to be convinced into giving us a second map (we lost the first one), accused us of blocking the toilet soon after arriving. When we explained it wasn’t us, we were nonetheless told twice if it had been us, “you have to clean it up” whilst acknowledging “we have bad plumbing”. Wifi doesn’t work at all on the third floor. Bring backpacks not luggage to get up all the stairs and stones.
