Museo del Cacao de Minca, Minca

Owner spent the whole time we were there giving an uncomfortable amount of attention to two female backpackers. Server totally ignored us and spent time sitting st another table with a friend and her child. Finally took our order, a coffee and a juice, and managed to make it take 23 minutes to bring them to our table. Very rude, no smiles or polite conversation. Too expensive for the menu items. Museum is just a gift shop. This place is terrible. Owner is rude and defamatory in his responses to bad reviews, tries to get them removed from TripAdvisor or lies saying a bad review is by someone fake getting paid to make it when that's not true. Give your business to one of the many wonderful places in Minca with good service and nice staff. But avoid this dump at all costs. Terrible.

This is not a museum but a kind of shop that called itself "museo" If you are interested in the process of making coffee, do not waste time on this place, which is in the town and more accessible, but go directly to La Victoria coffee factory.
